Spencer E.D.M. Corporation was established in 1997 in Santa Clara, California. We have since expanded our operation to include nine wire E.D.M. machines and various other machines to create a one stop shop for most customers. We specialize in close tolerance machining. We can manufacture most parts from the design stage to the completed product by using CNC Wire and Sinker E.D.M, CNC milling, Turning, Precision surface grinding and E.D.M. hole drilling.

Our customer base covers the following industries: medical, nuclear, aerospace, semiconductor, automotive industries and the general public. Tolerances can be held down to .0001. We work with many exotic materials on a daily basis. A partial list is available in the Capabilities page.
